Ramadan Heal Circle by Hagar's House
HEAL Circles @ Hagar’s Home: Where Spiritual Care and Liberatory Politics Meet
Hagar’s Home, a spiritual and cultural change project founded by Chaplain Yasmin Yonis, is the new home for her beloved community HEAL Circles.
HEAL Circles are sacred, welcoming spaces for collective bearing witness — a place where you can take a deep exhale. In a world that asks us to carry institutions, movements, families, and futures — often without tending to our own interior lives — Hagar’s Home HEAL Circles offer a different pace. In these circles, we:
Slow the machinery of urgency
Metabolize grief and burnout
Restore spiritual coherence
Practice collective steadiness
We can survive almost any struggle if we do not feel alone in it. And to bring forth the worlds we need, we must practice them into existence — together.
Together with partner & organizational host uproot.ed, we practice Healing Justice for the nourishment of our lives and our communities.
We offer sliding scale rates from $25-75 to make this experience equitably accessible, and a limited number of free spaces for those unable to pay. We encourage participants to pay what you can while still caring for your financial needs. Payments of $75 or more will sponsor a free seat for community members with less resources.
Over 50% of all proceeds will be redistributed to help feed local and Senegalese families at the end of Ramadan.
